Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SnappyBoard ("the Service"), operated from India. By using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

SnappyBoard provides a task-management board. The free tier stores data locally in your browser. Paid tiers add cloud sync and team features.

2. Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content you store. Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt the Service.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Razorpay or Stripe. Charges recur until cancelled. Taxes (including GST) apply where relevant.

4. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel anytime. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Availability & liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior month.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
