Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund on your first payment. If SnappyBoard isn't right for your team, email support@snappyboard.appwithin 7 days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.
Renewal payments after the first month are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to prevent the next charge.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay or Stripe, typically within 5–7 business days.
