Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and handle data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and, where applicable, the GDPR.

1. What we store

Free tier:your board data lives in your browser's local storage. We do not receive it. Paid tiers: board data you choose to sync is stored on our servers to provide the service.

2. Account & billing data

When you subscribe we collect your email and billing details. Payment card data is handled directly by our processors (Razorpay, Stripe) — we never see or store full card numbers.

3. AI features

When you use an AI feature, the relevant text is sent to our model provider to generate the result. We do not use your content to train models.

4. Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count page views and feature usage in aggregate.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@snappyboard.app.

6. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and delete synced data within 30 days of account closure.
